  4. depends on tender, if you have complete fixed price site cost, you have get nothing, mine fixed as well, no one informed me when they did piering.

  5. They never do fixed site cost,,cause untill they start digging they have no idea whats under there,,they always put in provisional for piering,,,and for m or h soil,,was urs fixed for everything in ur tender and quote cameron?

  8. complete fixed: If you got 150lm of piering, you have nothing to pay, fixed plumbing, connecting sewer, power.etc, soil removal. and all fixed

Normal tender: mentioned allowance for piering. example tender say 65lm, if you hit 80lm, you have to pay 15lm cost
if its gone only 30lm, you get a credit of 35lm cost.. undestand?

  9. Ours is fixed apart from hitting rock or piers. We have been allowed 65lm. Will find out today if we get a credit or pay more!

  11. So did u ask for complete fix at time of quoting? I didnt know u could do that,,so does that mean u pay more up front than a normal tmnder,,ie just so they cover all theyre unknown cost ,,ie piering and sewers, ,

  13. Yes you are rite, can't say very expensive upfront, mine went to 96.4m piering depth,H1 soil and lots and lots of fill in my block.
That's why I choose ask them to fixed when I apply tender.
