Nearly kitchen time!
Just a small update today, spoke with our SS today and he said our kitchen is starting tomorrow, with the chippies working today on doors.
Also will have our tilers starting next week!
It certainly sounds like it too lol,,,yes when that kitchen goes in,,ur on the home straight,,when ur tiling is finished ur about 3-4 off handover,,that is if ur doing ur own flooring,,,cant wait for some pics of ur kitchen.
Yea we are doing our own afterwards. Fells like we have so much to do afterwards. Today is 11 weeks since they cut the block, I'm really happy so far. How are you settling in?
Still getting used to no kids with us,,,miss them a bit,,house is very quiet and always tidy lol,,in saying that,they all drop by on their way home from work,still raiding the fridge,,some things just never change,,,,,the first week we got the keys, we were exhausted,so much to do,it doesnt help that i wanted every thing done yesterday,,poor hubby,,,,just have to take ur time and enjoy it,,it will all get done eventually,,,,well thats what hubby keeps telling me lol
I thought I seen an island bench through the back doors yesterday.. Was a bit of reflection though, so maybe it was boxes? Ill check tomorrow(in Sydney today so won't be home till after dark) and see if I can get you some pics! :)
