One step closer today, finally we have signed our contracts!
Our bank has 15 days to provide allworth with a letter to commence and then just a bit more waiting!
Allworth have said they have a bit of backlog at the moment, so will be interesting to see if we start by end of feb!
Another milestone... hopefully see something on end of Feb, congrats mate..
ReplyDeleteNot long to go before u see some action on ur block,,,those ports loos are pretty exciting to see lol, i spoke with the girls at allworth chisholm today,,they said they have been flat out,with giving quotes and selling houses,,,it gives u confidence that uve made the right decision building with allworth,when u hear things like that :-)

ReplyDeleteYeah i spoke to wayne the ss and he said he had over 30 on the hop right now,, i know they have a shortage of gyprockers at the moment,,,alot of houses at the same stage, give or take a couple of weeks,,can really hold up progress
ReplyDeleteMine gibrock works still pending to start, SS advised scheduled for next week don't know they going to start or not. Big delay now
ReplyDeleteHey cameron,,the worse part for me is that if ur being held up, it has a knock on affect, we,ll b held up as well,,,its becoming clear why they extend our build times a month, when they only had acouple of days of bad weather,,heres hoping they turn up on monday and start ur fit out :-)
