One step closer!
Bit of a small update, Construction certificate came through today and formal bank approval. Now just to wait for the electrician to contact us to do our electrical plan, then to sign contracts!
The paper work side is always slowly but surely,,,,why didnt u do ur electrical plan when u did colours? we also have had some progress,,,we have been framed this week,,took the guys 10 hours to erect frame,,unbelievable,,,,ss said next week will b bricks and gutters, fascia boards,,then the roof,,all sounds a bit backwards,bricks before roof but apparently because we have increased our elfresco area quite a lot, they have to put bricks up to support the steels around elfresco,,rain forecasted for next week,,typical lol
Ann maslin, we went to my mates home in maryland and drive pass through your estate. Found one allworth home with lovely frames(oppsite to nature reserve). It may be yours.
Great to hear you have a frame! Allworth as of December get you to do Electrical through the sparky now instead of during colours. I spoke to our CSO yesterday and she wasnt even sure they were back from Chrissy holidays as yet... one day :)
