Occupancy certificate!

Got our interim occupancy cert today which means we can send to the bank to get a cheque to handover on Tuesday! Going to be a few sleepless nights coming up. Lucky there is some soccer to keep me company!

    Congrats Chris... Bank will do final valuation and release your final payment its take a bit of time, Ours commbank, its took a more than a week to finalize all the procedure. i hope your lender is not commbank.
