Frames at the ready

We've had the frames delivered, and all ready to be put up this coming week. Its crazy how much the houses in the estate have all shot up in the past 2 weeks!

Slabbed!

Luckily a couple of days break in the weather and we have a slab! With the forecast of rain for the next few days its perfect timing.

Formwork done

Earlier than expected, we have our piers, plumbing and form work done! Wonder how soon we will have a slab. Certainly have something to look forward to when we head up on Saturday!

Just a bit of an edit - got to have a look in person on Saturday which was great! Although due to the massive amount of rain on Friday we have a moat, lap pool and mud bath!

With any luck we have a bit of dry weather this week and can get a slab poured.

Super exciting day today - we have commenced site works!
Felt like today was never going to come. We were lucky to get some happy snaps from our neighbour who is building 4 doors down. Im still waiting on Allworth to let me know they have started..

Anyway, here are a few pics. Heading up on Saturday and cant wait to see it in person!

So So Close!

We are so close now to getting this house build started!
Received final kitchen and construction plans today, and Letter of Commencement was sent off last week. This means their 20 days to start building brings us to March 4th at the latest to commence - lets hope sooner!!

Contracts signed!

One step closer today, finally we have signed our contracts!
Our bank has 15 days to provide allworth with a letter to commence and then just a bit more waiting!
Allworth have said they have a bit of backlog at the moment, so will be interesting to see if we start by end of feb!

Electrics done!

Finally did our electrical plan today. We had a great consultant through the electrician and we are really looking forward to the extras we have added, and playing with my hills home hub.

We've ended up with about 30 double power points, 8 data points, tv points and just enough lights for our sparky to head in after to add downlights.

Now just to wait again for allworth so we can one day sign these contracts!
