Bricks!
After losing a bit of time due to rain, with rain due over the next 4 days they have started our bricks!
Only seen a photo so far, but certainly happy with our colour choice! (Pgh sorbetto)
Chris, I noticed them while I was checking our site being cut yesterday. Nice colour choice. Yeah as im sitting here at my desk at work its 0431 and the rain is just about to hit. The last thing we both want. Regards, Dean
You must be thrilled they've cut your block now! The rain is getting annoying now, especially after it was dry all week and the bricks just sat there until yesterday! Ohwell, forecast shows it will start clearing on Tuesday!
Looks great so far chris :-),,,hopefully the wheather will pick up over the next couple of weeks,,,,the brickies can still work if its just drizzle rain, but if its any heavier the mortar just gets too sloppy,,dont worry i asked the question when ours were being done,,just in case,,u might b lucky and have the brickies that did mine, in and out in 9 days, there was 4-5 of them,,,,and a great job to boot,,,
Thanks ann, I was wondering how wet it had to be! Unfortunately Lake Macquarie looks to be getting a hammering on the radar today! Oh well, can't control
Weather holding out pretty well so far. No drizzle just cloud cover!
There was 3 blokes on site when I went past earlier.. they seem to be getting a move on! I'll be going past again around 4pm, so Ill get you some pics!
Yay... my bricks looking good
ReplyDeleteDo you have dropped edge beam at master bed, nice. How many brickies starts doing your brick works??
Yes we do, our expensive drop edge beam!! I wasn't on site so not sure how many brickies.
